As everyone knows, chips and french fries are known as leisure snack food, our production line can produce from fresh potatoes to crispy chips and french fries. These lines are based on material of fresh potatoes, mainly from washing +peeling,cutting,blanching, dehydrator,frying, deoiling, flavoring, packaging machine, through whole working procedure, finished product french fries or chips!
Brief Introduction of 8 Main Machines:
1, potato cleaning and peeling machine: adopts the principle of emery rubbing, made of full of stainless steel, widely used to peel potato, carrot, sweet potato, kiwi fruit, other root tuber type vegetables
2, Cutting machine: can cut different length and thickness for making french fries, if change cutter, can get round shape for making chips! One machine, Two functions!
3, Blanching machine: is a must to preserve authentic flavor to make natural potato chips and french fries. It can are made of full of stainless steel, double insulation material, controlling temperature automatically, and can adopt different heating power as per your request, such as steam, electricity, heat transfer oil stove,etc, it can heat quickly!
4, Dehydrator: can remove surface water of food /vegetable, based on the centrifugal force principle, electromagnetic control brake, digital control automatically .
5, Frying machine: frying different snacks, saving oil 50%, saving electric 40%.Water oil mixing, when oil and water mix, they can layer automatic. While oil fries food on the upper, water on the lower catch dregs, and can clear efficiently. Thereby, compared with common fryers,our fryer won't darken and acidulate, long life-time.
6, Deoiling machine: based on centrifugal force principle, electromagnetic control brake, digital control automatically , made of stainless steel.
7, Seasoning/flavoring machine: can season different snack food and mix evenly to make fired food delicious!
8, Packaging machine: packaging bag are filled with nitrogen, effectively can prevent the potato chips rotting and extend shelf life.
